Founded in 2019, Bowls introduced fast, healthy, delicious food to Edinburgh. We take pride in our ability to discover unique flavours from around the world and serve lunch that goes far beyond the standard sandwich.

The chef-driven menu highlights seasonal ingredients in simple, handcrafted dishes served straight from our kitchen. Add even more to your experience with a selection from our complimentary beverages, and trust us—save room for dessert.

Bowls' Dishes

Build your own unique bowls with any of the dishes below.

Bulgur wheat with preserved lemon and apricot (contains gluten). 

Chickpea with cucumber, tomato, red onion and coriander.  dressed in lime.  

Greek - olives, cucumber, tomato, fresh pepper and red onion in a balsamic, olive oil and oregano dressing.  

Sweet potato in a tahini dressing.  

Slaw - shredded courgette, carrot and cabbage with cashew nuts, vinegar & olive oil dressing.  


Butter beans dressed in garlic, parsley, olive oil.  


Kale with red cabbage, peppers, carrot with sesame and chili flakes.  


Quinoa with chickpeas, carrot, cucumber, peppers, dried cranberries, spinach, lemon and olive oil dressing.  


Green beans dressed in garlic and olive oil.  


Green lentils with tomato, cucumber and red onion with fresh herbs and a mustard and lemon dressing.

Top with a choice of feta or vegan cheese

Add avocado, falafel and other seasonal toppings

Breakfast, Snacks & Coffee

All available dairy free - no vegan tax on oat milk!

Breakfast bowl of fresh fruit, granola, nuts, and seeds with yoghurt (greek or dairy-free) topped with honey or maple syrup.

Vegan and gluten free chocolate cake, raspberry brownies and our own yummy Bowls' protein balls.
